Explanation from NLincasso:

Whe are not posting here to bother anyone. We are just looking for one person (known to us) who ordered expensive services in NL in name of a non-existing/earlier owned company and giving false invoice-addresses to escape (paying) obligations.

Private owned firms are being damaged by this kind of illegal behaviour. Whe just want this very person to pay his bills, as it is his obligation by law.
